Our opportunity is simple. First and foremost we set agents up with the best priced lead vendors in the country. Agents then work anywhere from 20 to 40 leads a week. Our goal is to train agents how to be able to write $4000 in premium every Monday on a consistent basis. We fine tune every aspect of the job whether it's helping with organizing territory, setting appointments, underwriting, replacement techniques, or closing. The theories are proven and the myths are busted he have figured this business out, so there is no need to reinvent the wheel. We encourage our agents to record every aspect of there business whether it is phone time or actual presentations. We break those recording down to get better at every part of the sales cycle. A typical work week consist of 3-6 hours of appointment setting and 20-30 hours in the field. Agents can expect to write $4,000-$12,000 AP weekly following our system. Commissions range from 95%-120% depending on experience. Our compensation plan is structured for both sales people and team builders alike.
